SERVICE PROGRAM POLICY:
1.0 All service calls for the day shall be scheduled the following day depending on the service group work load.
2.0 All after sales service under warranty period are the Company’s first priority and are given special attention.
3.0 All equipment that need special service attention either under warranty or not shall be advice in advance for proper endorsement to the service group for booking reference.
4.0 Only customers project assign for a 24/7 service booking are entertain during non working day.
5.0 All projects registered for a 24/7 service booking shall govern certain rules & regulation set forth & duly approved by both parties.
